It's all about Free-Will

I was watching this movie The Adjustment Bureau when this convo hooked me:

(Where Thompson here  is someone like an angel of God & David represents the human race)

David: What happened to Free Will?

Thompson:  Who said anything about Free Will ? You know, we actually tried Free-Will before. After taking you from hunting and gathering to height of the Roman Empire we stepped back to see how you'd do on your own. You gave us the Dark Ages -- for five centuries -- after finally we decided we should come back in. The Chairman thought maybe we just needed to do a better job of teaching you how to ride a bike before we took the training wheels off again. So we gave you the Renaissance, the Enlightenment, the Scientific Revolution.. we spent six hundred years tempering your passions with reason then in 1910 we stepped back again. Within fifty years you brought us World War I, the Depression, Fascism, the Holocaust, and capped it off by bringing the entire planet to the brink of destruction in the Cuban Missile Crisis.

David: You expect me to believe that?

Thompson:  David you have Free Will over what tie you pick in the morning, or what beverage to order at lunch. But humanity just isn't mature enough to have control over the important things.

From those lines, I realized do people use their Free-Will well? What have we done. I mean having able to choose every moment of every day, do we really weigh pros and cons or do we really think twice what will be the consequences of those choices, before we make that call? NO because from what I see around these days, the world is pretty messed up and YES, it's because of all the choices we make whether it's wrong or right which most of the time we choose the wrong ones. And most don't take responsibility for what they've done.

Free-Will is a gift that most people are too afraid to use. Most people accept the path they find themselves on. Easily accepting terrible situations in their lives that they're not supposed to be stuck on,  like some people who chose to be remain as outcast or those who want to be less fortunate for the rest of their lives. Those challenges they see as if  it is their fate in life, but actually those are meant for them to be better. They should have use their free-will well to improved their lives. right? Instead, we hear "this is what God wants me to be, this is His plan for me" from them.  My point is Free-Will is a gift so use it well.
